I had seen this location previously and knew that with a dramatic sky it had the potential to make a great image. I did not expect to ever see a sunset like this though! I frantically set up my camera and tripod as the sky seemed to burst into flames all around me. I shot a series of frames and then… ran out of film! This was the seventh and last image that evening. I simply took a step back and gazed upwards in awe as the lightshow continued for another ten minutes.

I’ve been back to the Crowsnest Pass many times since I took this image. I’ve never seen a sunset like this since then and I don’t believe I ever will again.

PRINT OPTIONS

Limited Edition Prints are large statement pieces, available in sizes of 40 inches or more on at least one side.

Each piece is ready to hang without requiring any additional framing, although further framing with liners and molding can be done at a local picture frame shop if desired.

The limited edition series is capped at 100 pieces per image, regardless of print medium or size (above 40 inches).

Limited Edition Prints are signed and numbered and come with a signed and embossed Certificate Of Authenticity.

NO USA TARIFFS! USA Customers - your prints are made in the US with no extra duties to pay.

Please allow up to 4 weeks delivery time for Open Edition Prints and up to 6 weeks for Limited Edition Prints. You will be given a tracking number when your print ships.

Open Edition Prints are shipped free worldwide. Limited Edition Prints are shipped free to Canada and the USA. For the rest of the world, we only charge a small portion of the actual shipping cost for Limited Edition Prints.

Prints are safely packed and fully insured for shipping. If your print arrives damaged, let us know immediately and we will organize a replacement.

Every order is custom-made and printed to order, therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted.
